Mr. Perez helped us fix up our house to sell in the fall of 2023. He did so many paint, drywall, and deck repairs. His worked looked good. He took a lot of effort to make sure it was all done professionally. The house sold in 11 days. Carlos did a phenomenal job! This was our first time using Prez Home Builders. Carlos and his team did the deck rebuild that I started two years before. Everything turned out beautifully. He was fair and reasonable when we discussed pricing the job, and also friendly and accommodating. He made the process seamless and was flexible with our schedule. Carlos and his team are prompt, professional, polite, and communicate with you through every step of the process. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. If you are looking to have any work done by all means, call Carlos. His team cleaned up the work areas very nicely when they were done the job. We were so blessed to be referred to him! Carlos did a phenomenal job! This was our first time using Prez Home Builders. Carlos and his team did the flooring for our entire basement, bathroom upgrades, stairs, fencing, and siding. Everything turned out beautifully. When we discussed pricing the job, Carlos was friendly and accommodating. He made the process seamless and was flexible with our schedule. Carlos and his team are prompt, professional, polite, and communicate with you through every step of the process. Their pricing was very reasonable. They were very courteous and they were respectful of our home. If you are looking to have any of your rooms remodeled then, by all means, call Carlos, you will not be disappointed!

Carlos and his team made finishing two bedrooms and a bathroom in my home an enjoyable experience. He exceeded expectations on quality of work and the timeline we had originally set out for this project all while staying within our budget.
As happens with any home remodeling project, there were a few unexpected issues that arose throughout construction – but Carlos made it a priority to find and implement solutions in a timely manner via his connections with plumbing and electrical experts.
I would highly recommend working with Carlos, and will use him for all of my future home projects.

It’s a genuine pleasure to have Prez Home Builders works on my house.
Your company, especially Carlos, put me at ease by understanding my needs including budget, time frame and materials quality.
Generally, all things went smoothly, except for a few glitches which Carlos came right back to investigate and had a solution for those very quickly. He would tell me, “I just want you to be happy.” or “If anything is wrong, I will fix it.”
